Google Pixel 5 was massively leaked in the past and we got to know the entire specifications of the smartphone. Now, we have even more details and renders of the device showing the full design and key specifications as well.
Google will officially launch the device on 30th of September.
We have been hearing a lot that the upcoming Google Pixel 5 will not feature a flagship-level SoC, instead, the phone will come with a mid-range 765G chipset. Generally, Google only uses flagship-level 8 series Snapdragon chips on its main series devices but this time we won’t find Snapdragon 865 on Pixel 5.
Google Pixel 5 Specs
Let’s start with the design of the Pixel 5. It looks pretty similar to that of the Pixel 4a with the punch hole cut out to the top left corner. The phone comes with a 6.5-inch Full HD+ Display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2340 and a screen refresh rate of 90Hz. The front is protected with corning gorilla glass 6 protection for that matter.
When it comes to the internals of the Google Pixel 5, as mentioned earlier, it will come with the Snapdragon 765G chipset coupled with up to 8GB of RAM. The base variant will get 128GB of internal storage.
The phone will draw it’s juice from a 4,080mAh battery and can be charged with the 18W fast charger included in the box that comes with USB Type-C port.
To the back, the phone features a dual-camera setup with a minor change when compared with the previous generation. In Pixel 4, Google included a telephoto lens. But this time, Google has added an ultra-wide-angle lens along with the primary shooter. The first one is a 12.2MP primary shooter and the second one is a 16MP ultra-wide angle lens with a 107-degree field of view. To the front, the punch hole cut out houses an 8MP selfie shooter.
The leak also further suggest that the Pixel 5 will be priced somewhere at EUR 629, which roughly translates to Rs. 55,000
