Almost a year after the announcement, HBO Max gets an official launch date. As per the new press release from the company, HBO Max will go live from the 27th of May, which is right next month. HBO Max will feature tons of original content, movies, and series from WarnerMedia, etc.
HBO Max will be priced at around $15 per month and will give you access to 10,000 hours worth of premium content. HBO Max is about to hit the market with some Originals like Love Life, starring Anna Kendrick, a reboot of the original show called Looney Tunes Cartoons, and fans of Friends can expect a reunion special later this year.
HBO Max’s monthly subscription is priced at $15 while other streaming providers like Disney+ and Apple TV+ charges less than $10. HBO is sure that the pricing will be worth for users as they get access to highly premium content.
Existing HBO Now users will be given free access to the newly launched platform at no additional cost. From day one itself, the company is all set to push new content and originals This includes movies, series, and original shows.
