Gone are the days where you are required to wait for hours to completely charge a smartphone. As of now, the fastest smartphone charging is available on the Oppo Reno Ace smartphone. This particular model comes with a 65W SuperVOOC charging tech that could completely charge your device from 0 to 100 percent in just 30 minutes.
Now Oppo is planning to level up the game by introducing even more faster-charging tech on their upcoming smartphones. The company has officially announced that it will launch the all-new 125W charging tech on July 15th. Realme had already announced its plans to introduce a 120W fast charging tech recently.
125W is insanely fast. As per the company, you could charge your smartphone’s battery up to 33 percent in just 3 minutes.
Oppo took it to Twitter to announce the same. No detailed information regarding the same is available. In the tweet, it says, “If you don’t like waiting to charge, the wait is almost over. #FlashForward“
Smartphone manufacturers are in the race to attain maximum fast charging tech. Last year, Xiaomi introduced a 100W super-fast charging technology that could completely charge a smartphone with a 4,000mAh battery in a matter of 17 minutes. If the reports are to be believed then the Mi Mix 4 might be the first device from Xiaomi to come with the same 100W+ charging tech.
As of now, Oppo is having the fastest charging tech on any smartphone. Oppo is really innovative when it comes to introducing tech that is most needed. I can’t wait to see the new 125W fast-charging technology live and in action. The company will announce it on the 15th of July. Let us know if you are interested in the same.
