We have been seeing lots and lots of leaks and rumors of the upcoming Google Pixel 4a and here comes the Geekbench listing of the device. As per the new listing, the phone is codenamed as ‘Google Sunfish’.
Earlier a lot of details like the availability of the device etc was leaked online now an alleged Geekbench listing shows some tiny bit of specification information regarding the upcoming mid-range smartphone from Google.
As per the latest Geekbench listing, the tested device had 6GB of RAM and an octa processor with a base frequency of 1.8GHz. So, it is expected to be the Snapdragon 730 which has the same 1.8GHz base clock frequency. The phone managed to bag around 2529 single-core score and 6366 multi-core scores. The upload date of the listing on Geekbench is on 1st May 2020. It is running the latest version of Android, Android 10.
No other details are available in the Geekbench listing, but almost all details of the device are already out. We even saw a hands-on video of the Google Pixel 4a earlier and it shows the 360-degree view of the design.
We also saw the camera samples of Google Pixel 4a in comparison with the Redmi Note 7. The Pixel 4a is expected to feature a 12-megapixel sensor while the Redmi Note 7 comes with a 48-megapixel camera.
Every tiny bit of information surfaced online would result in an imminent launch of the device. If the reports that surfaced online earlier are to be believed then Google might officially unveil the new device and it would go on sale from 22nd of May.
