A new unidentified mid-range Samsung smartphone has been spotted on Geekbech. The unidentified device comes with the model name SM-A217F. The listing has been found on the Geekbench website.
As per Geekbench, the phone scored a single-core score of 183 and a multi-core score of 1,074. The benchmark was updated to Geekbench on April 1, 2020.
The device comes with Exynos 850 SoC and has 3GB of RAM. Right out of the box, A21s comes with Android 10. Exynos 850 is an octa-core processor with a base frequency of 2.0GHz. Another device with model number SM-A215U was spotted on Geekbench earlier with a single-core benchmark score of 782 and a multi-core score of 3,996. It is expected to be the Samsung Galaxy A21. SM-A215U phone’s specifications include MediaTek Helio P35, 3G RAM and come with Android 10 on board.
We don’t have any clear picture on the optics side of things yet. But recent reports from the Internet suggests the phone might come with a quad-camera setup with a 2MP macro lens. These are the few specifications of the device that is out now. We are still not sure if it is the Samsung Galaxy A21s. But all the specifications and features point to Galaxy A21s.
The mid-range smartphone segment is being ruled by Realme and Redmi. Let’s see how Samsung is planning to take over the market by mid-rangers like Galaxy A21, A21s, etc.
