This is Redmi’s First-Ever Monitor “Redmi Display 1A”

Redmi Display 1A launched in China

Xiaomi has been launching a series of products in the last couple of days. Today the company announced a new 24-inch monitor. Xiaomi now has a new product to be included in their portfolio.

Redmi Display 1A Features

The design of the new monitor is something that blows your mind. At the first look, you might think it is some sort of super-expensive monitor but its not. The almost bezel-less design makes the monitor looks very futuristic.

Redmi Display 1A comes with a 23.8-inch Full HD IPS Display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It’s a standard 60Hz refresh rate monitor and not a gaming monitor with a high refresh rate.

The average response time of the monitor from Redmi is 6ms. The thickness of the monitor is only 7.3mm and looks eye-catchy. Something that needs attention is the top and side bezels.

From the images, you can clearly see that the monitor has an almost bezel-less design. It will be really great for multi-monitor setup since there is little or no bezels to both sides of the monitor.

The monitor gets all the required connectivity ports including HDMI, VGA, DC power input to the rear side.

The display’s viewing angle is 178-degree and comes with TÜV Rheinland certification.

Now by looking at all the specs and design you might be thinking this monitor will be super expensive, right? But the monitor actually costs way less than a standard 24-inch monitor in this segment.

Redmi Display 1A Price

The monitor is launched in China for 599 yuan which roughly translates around Rs. 6,500 in India. A good standard 24-inch monitor will anyway cost you at least Rs. 10,000 and this is where Xioami entered the market with a much affordable price tag.
