The only laptop that is left to get an update in the Macbook series is the 13-inch version of MacBook Pro. We got an updated MacBook Pro with a 16-inch screen last year and new MacBook Air with scissor keyboard in March this year (The new iPad Pro was also launched recently). New leaks suggest that the launch of a new refreshed 13-inch MacBook Pro is around the corner and might be launched next month.
The updated MacBook Pro 16-inch version came with the new ‘Magic Keyboard’ with a scissor keyboard mechanism. Pretty much every customer had complaints about the ‘Butterfly Keyboard’ that were used in the previous models and has complaints like key jamming, etc. New rumors suggest that the new refreshed version of MacBook Pro 13-inch will feature the new magic keyboard and some other hardware changes.
This time the 13-inch version of the MacBook Pro might get refreshed with a 14-inch screen. In last year’s MacBook Pro, by reducing the bezel size and increasing the chassis size by 1/3 of an inch, the company managed to fit a 16-inch screen, the same might be the case with the new MacBook. It is highly likely that it will feature a 14-inch screen instead of the 13-inch screen.
If everything goes well…

A popular tipster and YouTuber posted a tweet about the upcoming MacBook Pro 13-inch with codename J223. As per him, the new MacBook Pro will be launched next month itself. Soon after posting the main tweet he also added that the “Note: it’s a refresh to the current 13” meaning which there are possibilities for a 14-inch display this time.
All these leaks suggest an imminent launch of the refreshed MacBook 13-inch with a 14-inch screen, Magic keyboard and other hardware improvements for better performance. Hopefully, we can see the new MacBook the very next month itself.
